Szépkilátó Beach is not only a special place during the summer bathing season. Outside the season and outside official opening hours, it functions as a promenade and public park, making it an ideal location for a sunset walk by Lake Balaton or a quiet morning break.

During these periods, the beach area can be visited freely, so the waterfront environment can be part of the Balatongyörök experience throughout the year.

The beach opens at 8:00 a.m. due to morning cleaning and maintenance work. Before this time, the beach area cannot be visited.

Outside opening hours and outside the bathing season, Szépkilátó Beach operates as a promenade and public park and can be visited freely.

Szépkilátó Beach is easy to reach by car and by bicycle. Free parking is available near the beach for guests arriving by car, including parking spaces for visitors with reduced mobility.

The beach is also an especially good choice for cyclists, as it is located directly next to the Balaton Cycle Route. Covered bicycle racks with sun sails are available within the beach area, making it convenient and safe to stop by bike.

The beach has a barrier-free entrance, making it easily accessible for guests with reduced mobility, wheelchair users and visitors arriving with prams.

For guests arriving with small children, a baby-mother room is available, equipped with a changing table, nursing chair and hand sanitiser.

The changing building is available for guests visiting the beach. An accessible changing option is also available in the main building for guests with reduced mobility.

Bicycle racks, waste bins, a ping-pong table and relaxation areas are also available within the beach area, supporting comfortable beach use.
