Today, brandy is a fashionable thing, it is experiencing a renaissance, very popular among people, so Vilmos Gáspár thought it was worthwhile to deal with it… and the first glass of Gauze Distillery was made.

In 2015, as a greenfield investment, we launched the distillery in Balatongyörök.

The purpose of our family business is to bring the spirit of the fruit to life, to make good brandy, a noble, elegant drink with a careful attention. By choosing the company name we wanted to strengthen our trust by giving our family name to our activity, so we named our pálinka.

We combine the traditional process with modern technology. The pálinka is made of traditional copper, but it is made in a steam-fired system with exceptional care, attention, sophisticated technology, selected ingredients, so we can guarantee the quality of brandy. We consider it important to discover the full harmony of the fruit flavor and the aroma of the fruit in our brandy. Othello).
